Brother I am 39 and I am there with you. Increasingly the interview process in software has just become LeetCode standard to gate people. Did I personally build a tool that processed 120M in sales annually, sure. Can you balance a BST? No? Then fuck off. Personally, I see robotics as something worth moving towards.
