I have always wanted one, but they are too expensive sadly. But they are definitely very good gifts for engineers.

DM-42N is cheaper than HP-42S was originally, and an order of magnitude cheaper than the HP-35 was at its time.

Definitely, but back then calculators are luxuries such as personal computers in the 70s/80s.
