We built the fastest world model ever on 200hrs of minecraft gameplay, running at 20+fps on a 4090 gpu.

We're now training on real world imagery. We're making a general purpose universe simulator.

Under the hood, it's a diffusion transformer and we run it auto-regressively so we can roll out as far as we want. Conditioned on player actions. 5x faster than other minecraft world models.
