One one side: The whole point seems to be to vet who is willing to comply to arbitrary requests, and who isn't. The content of the responses is incidental, and maybe only used later if future tests are failed. On the other: we write "snippets" at work, and I don't see how they are an outrageous request in government. The only problem is who is asking for it, and if they have legitimate power to ask. That's left up to the reader, and US citizens, to judge. |
