> The only joy I have left in this profession is coding stuff for myself and my close friends. I am glad that you still find some joy in it. I think the argument of my post and maybe I didn't make it clear is that craftsmanship (whatever shape that takes) is what brings us value. It can be bought and sold by others but it doesn't have to be if we don't want it too. My hope is that we maintain the spirit of craftsmanship no matter how, what or for whom we build. |
