You're saying opinions like they are facts. Here are some of my opinions that differ. I like getting a spread of news here. It is not an inevitability that I get it all in the same way from other places. I like an angle of logic over partisan screaming or head in the sand so I especially like people who tend toward logical arguments discussing things where I'm reading them. I don't consider any of this "driving myself mad" or "doomscrolling" nor do I think blatant, egregious lies and corruption are "random people doing random things" and finally I think it DOES do good to know about and see (some of the) discussion about it. I think there is a very real problem in willful ignorance of or ambivalence to corruption. I dont love when people try to tell me not to see or acknowledge or discuss things. |
