Look, this is harsh, but I’ve talked to a lot of people who run dev shops. None of them are hiring Juniors. And most of the Seniors they’re hiring are in Eastern Europe or Central & South America. With Cursor and Copilot, the days of $190k entry-level SWE roles in the US are GONE. |
