Many people want government agencies to be efficient, professional and productive... but they don't want to pay for it with their taxes. The pure définition of wanting the cake and eat it too. > Why the EPA needs credit cards... As I said, I'm genuinely curious to see how all of this will pan out.

That's you moving the goalposts. I just want it to be efficient. This idea that government is going to be "professional and productive" is ridiculous.
