Its about the water-meter before the datacenter. So 1000 liters in - thats 1000 liters of "use". If you re-cycle it a 1000 times, still only a 1000 liters on the meter. Since water isn't pure from public system, well, you can create "life" if you keep it warm just long enough. So you better replace/mix it with fresh water. So another 500 liters? Now we're at 1500 liter total. Rinse and repeat. |
