I agree, I have a Thinkpad with Intel processor + nvidia GPU purchased in 2023 and I have not had sleep issues. Ubuntu 22.04. The nearest thing to a sleep issue is that the screen is visible for a fraction of a second on some wakeups before the lock screen covers it. A bit of a privacy issue. Good to see that AMD might be getting better support, in part because of its growing popularity. |
