I think an indicator of the philosophical problem at gnome is that they pronounce is 'guh-nome'. They take a perfectly serviceable idea, then make it awkward so it can suit some impenetrable ideological concept. I recently saw a lawyer for gnome speak, and even she had trouble sticking to 'guh-nome'. What hope do those outside the dev community have? |
