My mother recently passed away after a long battle with dementia. Apparently when she would forget an account existed or she could not log in she would create another account. She had multiple email addresses and Facebook profiles that I know of. I’ve been able to get Facebook to close a couple of her profiles but for the rest they keep asking for the same documentation over and over again (death certificate and funeral booklet) but will not take any action. |
