It's a historical nuclear reactor simulator released in 1981 and influenced by the Three Mile Island accident of 1979.
You can emulate it on Linux.
The developer doesn't consider it fun, but it was endorsed by Director of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation Harold Denton.
