Show HN: Noodle Seed – Create working apps by describing them in plain English
2 points by uziiuzair 500 days ago
Hi HN! We’re excited to announce Noodle Seed is now in public beta. We help sales teams, product managers, and business analysts create custom apps through natural language – no coding needed.

What used to take weeks now takes minutes:

- Traditional approach: 2-3 weeks (brainstorming: 2-3 days, design: ~1 week, implementation: 2-3 weeks)

- With Noodle Seed: 10-15 minutes to a working, customized demo

Our Google Cloud pilot proved this out:

- Teams built Gemini powered chatbots for industry specific use cases

- Ready-to-use Google Cloud integrations (Vertex AI, Maps, Vision AI, BigQuery)

- Zero technical setup - no code, no API configs, no integration work

- Live modifications during sales calls

- Internal demo sharing and real-time customization

More GCP integrations on our roadmap

- Public beta includes:

- Free access

- Priority feature releases

- Direct access to our team

- Shape our roadmap

We’re 5 product engineers who stopped rebuilding similar business apps and made something different. Skip the no-code tools – just tell us what you need in plain English.

Try it at <https://www.noodleseed.com/>

We’d love to hear:

- What apps would you build?

- Which features would help your workflow most?

For what is ultimately a tool, it has a lot of cutsey AI language filters on messages which makes it difficult to understand or demeaning to some users, like Windows "Something Happened" popups.

"Magic Wand Just Fizzled Looks like our code generator hit a snag—probably too much wizardry at once. Give it another try, and we'll work our magic!"

Does that mean I added too many instructions? Was there an actual backend error when generating the request?

Besides that, it "just worked" for the spreadsheet-replacement examples I tried.
