As other comments mentioned, the content is written in Markdown and rendered in the browser. So “blog with raw HTML” feels like a stretch... that said, View Source in the browser shows the exact HTML document that's presumably hand-written in the source repo [1], so I guess it comes down to the definition of “raw”.
