I'm an ML researcher @ MIT and a freshman at Northeastern University majoring in CS and Linguistics. I've built large-scale, efficient software for my neuromechanics and quantum photonics labs, for satellites, and for cloud computing startups. I'm looking for internships (4 months full-time, May - August) in systems engineering, ML, full-stack, and backend engineering. My most recent project: I built https://github.com/tetraslam/SHFLA and won the MIT Media Lab hackathon + Harvard C House hackathon. It hit the front page of HN, and got me demo requests from Stephen Wolfram, David Sinclair, Joscha Bach, and Suno AI. I don't know any other company that is more relevant and really respects your skillsets other than those companies.
If I were you, I'd give it a shot and see where it goes and I seriously believe that they will give you an offer.
