Like every other Open Source LLM weights, yes. But looking around, there are models that are 100% FOSS, like OLMo (https://github.com/allenai/OLMo). Also, I don't buy the argument that because many in the ecosystem mislabel/mislead people about the licensing, makes it ethically OK for everyone else to do so too. |
