Well, there is an economic incentive - "salary". If you're not interested in it, may be it's time to move on as time is your own most valuable asset and choosing to waste it on "free ride" - it's something beyond my comprehension: you're literally waiting to be exposed and fired. note: the org is not large, just 250 ppl or so. |
