Gold looks nice, golden jewelry can be beautiful. This is not going to ever change. Even if it does, gold's ductility and chemical resistance will still be important for industrial applications. And the scarcity of gold is not likely to decrease in the near future, unlike with diamonds that can now be cheaply manufactured and bought on AliExpress. |
