Understood. Makes sense. It almost seems like they are preparing YouTube for some TV displacement role they hope it will play in the future. It's not just funny cat videos anymore.. you can watch live concerts, rent movies, watch lectures or even broadcast your own content live via hangouts. I'm not sure where the real name initiative fits into here, though. |
