I think it's challenging to recommend other people's work. For example, GitHub lacks a simple way to share personalized shoutouts, so I decided to build a solution: GitHub Kudos

GitHub Kudos is An app that generates an image featuring a GitHub user's avatar alongside a personalized recommendation written by you. My intention is that these images can be showcased in GitHub profiles, personal websites, or even shared on social media to highlight/share your recommendations to other developers, or to display how other developers recommend you.

If you have any ideas/feedback I would love to hear them. My goal is that GitHub Kudos is used to recommend other developers, but also helps showcase your collaborations and build a stronger professional presence. Hopefully this can help me and other developers in the tedious process of looking for recommendations when, for example, finding a new job.
