"In and around Europe" is extremely vague. It covers something like 50-60 countries, all with their own systems. And "somewhere around Europe hours" adds most of western Africa to the mix.

There is remote.com[1] (that I think I found via HN years ago) but I have never used it personally. It lets job seekers filter by timezones:

it is vague indeed, but the positions are all remote and the only thing i care about are time zones.
