You don’t need to even do that. Just make 150k a minimum salary, (or 200 if you want to be extra safe) and you will get rid of most of these body-shops. And yet, Meta will continue to be > 50% Asian, so will other Big Tech, which is what I think is the real source of all this anxiety. If you want to reverse that, you have to either have a racist immigration policy, or radically reduce the number of H1bs

Saying that only pisses people off. I have seen this too many times. People who clearly aren't qualified nevertheless want the job because of the higher pay, and pointing out their lack of qualifications only pisses them off more. In their mind the higher paying jobs belong to them because they are white, dammit!
