The court finds them guilty of violating which laws, exactly? Sorry I really don't get what you are trying to say. In order to lose in court, you need to first find a law where Hindenburg could be breaking. But I don't see that happening, especially as it's almost impossible for them to be found guilty of defamation due to the First Amendment. |
