Thanks for the recommendation! I do have a decent fountain pen already (enthusiasts tell me the nib is actually atrocious, but I—in my ignorance—like it). My lamentations are mostly about not being able to justify buying another pen :)

That's not so bad. My wife has imposed a "one in, one out' policy on cars. And I don't have space for any more cars. But I can afford an XJR! Maybe if I knock through the living room wall...
