I think that providing public climate shelters will have to be part of the solution in some countries. There is a wide spread between “humans can’t work multiple hours outside” and “humans can’t be outside at all” for the likely temps in the next 100 years. (To be clear, this is a stopgap to cope with the change as it happens, not a full solution.) |
