I knew negative reviews would highlight problems users would be having.

If a solution was prominent enough, these users would likely convert or at least use a plugin to make their life easier.

So what I did was I basically analyzed over 150k negative reviews across 8000 companies on G2 to find specific improvements that can be made on existing software from these negative reviews that can potentially be made into a competitor for existing SaaS.

I used AI to then analyze the negative reviews and find user problems and provide potential improvements to the existing software as a competitor or even a plug in.
