except when they go over a bump, or a hill. or when they break and give gas, or when the car is loaded, or when they hit something and it's permanently bent, etc... and then there's the internal adjustment knob that most people are clueless about. and most of the rest just put it on full high angle, because they see better that way... society is fucked, and this issue is just sign #4745... |
