I am strongly of this view. ADHD seems like a maladaptation in modern times, but in the right context and the right environment it is a superpower. Until this realization a few yrs back (when I was in my early 40s), life was a struggle. Now that I’m aware, it’s less painful. “Deficit” is context dependent. |
