Censorship most assuredly continues to exist on social media. Even X, which Musk parades as unique in the freeness of its speech is quite happy to demonetise, de-amplify and de-platform prescribed opinions. That 'fact checking' has been confined to the dustbin, is progress, but lets not kid ourselves that censorship is over. |
