Wouldn’t this instead incentivize outsourcing? If you wrote the software, you’re liable. If you’re just paying someone to write the software, they are? Liability can be pretty large in many cases, so outsourcing to a jurisdiction where that liability isn’t present/enforced sure sounds like a huge plus. |
