This also has a one-time fee for unlimited use. For SaaS, this is dangerous. There needs to be a provision in your terms for what happens to "unlimited" memberships if the service shuts down, you currently don't have one.

Yea, the idea is that no one really needs to create more than 1000 invoices, but i also see your point. Thank you so much. Will change it now.
