I'm finding customers by existing customers recommending space. I'm going hard an competing on price. It's not easy but I don't see any other way. We've identified that if we can produce a product that is 90% of what the competitors are doing and then charge at 30%, we can still make a killing because there are 10x fewer mouths to feed. Our main advantage in our space is that our customers "need" our software to run their business, so for them it's always going to be the cheapest option that gets the job done (ie. us).
