I'm not sure if you're talking to me – but it's an objective fact (that you should google) that ghrelin levels determine hunger. Everything in his first message is objectively false, specifically that hunger means your body is eating fat. That is wrong, wishful thinking, and made up. How can I be more clear? Regardless of whether you are factually correct, "I'm guessing that you are a bot, powered by someone's home-trained LLM", the likes of which "usually... go to reddit" is a personal attack. Don't do that here.
When did you not answer that? In the post I replied to, when you said exactly none of the things you said in this post to justify your position and argue against his.
