Musk's nonsenses in the US can be interpreted many ways but his screwing Germany and the UK with his incoherent stoner thoughts is basically letting off steam at everyone's expense because a lot of people are too stupid to understand how compartmentalized success is and that he doesn't necessarily even know who he is talking about.
