There's a daycare out there that allows a 3yo to still be in a diaper? Also, unless the kid has special needs - a lot of these behaviors don't have to be a part of your morning.

3yo sleeps in a nappy, like most kids that age. Family members have ASD so strong chance mini me is cranking that spectrum. There's also a little thing called humour that you may occasionally encounter on the internet. It can get a little diluted by the other common practice of "being a dick to strangers". I'd recommend giving the former a go.
