was doing great 'til the holidays, getting back on track next monday: - wake up + coffee + read in bed - take the dog out for a 15 minute "wake up walk" - take a vitamin d pill, turn on my SAD lamp, and stand at my desk - write for an hour - light house chores after writing - start paid dev work this has been near life changing. i was never a morning person until getting this routine established. |
