Absolutely, it is sad that almost all human societies normalize violence while sex is a taboo. One explanation I have read is that violent societies wiped out non-violent societies and now we are stuck with it. Only way to fight glorification of violence would be to be treat violence same way as how sex is treated and over centuries we may end up with more peaceful societies. |
