The first day I moved to Germany I immediately got fined €300 for streaming 10 seconds of a film using Popcorn Time. I just couldn't believe it. I'd had decades of piracy through Virgin Media, no VPN in the UK and it just didn't occur to me that I couldn't do that elsewhere. |
