Time will tell if the economic shock actually works in Argentina and all the suffering it has caused and is causing was not for nothing. It didn't really work for Chile. Argentina NEEDED a shock. The US can and should take a more delicate approach. Though iirc Elon has said that Americans will face hardship and they need to be OK with that. Nice sentiment from the world's richest man. |
