If it was an accounting firm doing an audit and sending you lies, then yeah you could hold them responsible. If an OTC drug had incorrect labeling and misinformed you, you'd be able to hold them responsible. If you ask an AI a question and it replies with incorrect information... dunno. Probably would be argued that it is similar to reading a forum post of incorrect information or picking the wrong book to research a topic. Kinda on you if you're doing the research. |
