Perhaps you really do need that me-time? I myself try to replace endless scrolling with reading (fiction) books. This way I get rest and don’t feel guilty about it.

I'm also finishing a book per week, but after reading I'm scrolling usually(not much but I would be lying if I say I don't).

Can you suggest some good fiction? I recently finished the Good Girls Guide to Murder set and am looking for some page-turner.

TIA

Neal Stephenson just dropped Polostan, I’m deeply into it right now :) Regarding scrolling, well, it does serve a certain purpose, too. Our brains evolved to be in the standby mode as much as possible, and without some serious gene splicing there’s no way around it. As long as you’re in a good place and your life is moving in a generally right direction, nothing bad about spicing it up with a bit of brainrot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
