Well yeah, but what’s the downside?
If you have any MIT licensed libraries, it isn't compatible. Nor are the LGPL, BSD, or Apache licenses. So, there are a lot of downsides to accidentally using this license.

That's true for the GPL -- we are talking about the _A_GPL. Furthermore, on that page, it even says the Affero GPL IS NOT compatible with GPLv3.
Yeah this sucks I was excited for until I saw this too. Guess I’ll stick with HTMX or datastar
