In my experience rehearsing what you are going to say is fatal. Be sure of what you want to achieve and what your position on it is. "Sorry, it's just that we heard my wife has only months to live". Did you rehearse that? Mostly conversations go a route you couldn't even imagine. Learning to be nimble is better. |

Agreed that being nimble and able to adapt to the situation is the best. One thing we found was just speaking out loud helped us figure out how we wanted to articulate ideas or questions. So Prep Coach is meant, in a way, to just help you get out of your head.
