I feel that will depend on what you prefer eating to some extent no? I admit carbs, especially simple ones, can leave you hungry. But when you calorie count, you really start realizing how killer fats are. A slice of cheese, the oil or butter you cooked things in, a handful of nuts, it's crazy how much calories those have. Fries for example, are so high calorie, because of all the fat in the batter and oil. |
