It also doesn't pass the smell test for me because some of the most long-lived, relatively cancer-resistent populations like the Japanese eat carb based diets. That's hard to explain if it really is just a case of replacing glucose in the fuel mixture with fat and ketones. +1 for the 'grandpa diet', I also feel best eating normally |
