Hello all! Recently a fundraising coach and I came into contact about the startup I am building. He has offered to help me raise, and take payment of about a 1/4 of the raise if successful. Is this a smart thing for me to do? |

People do sometimes seek some coaching, but not for 1/4 of the money. Business coaches are a thing, but they are more along the lines of paying them a few hundred dollars for a few hours of their time. And even that is only if you know they are good at it.
