Don't give up! Induction gets easier every time, and you learn lots of tricks/recipes, like keto-ade to feel better during induction, and making oats/flaxmeal tasty for cheap & quick breakfasts. You don't have to commit to long streaks, or feel bad about sunk cost when you cheat. All that progress accumulates. I've been in and out so often now I can happily switch between keto at home & unrestricted on vacation/occasions. At worst I get 1 day of dopiness starting carbs, and 1 day of mild cravings stopping them, but usually I don't even notice. |

I'm not talking about myself but in general, even though it can also apply to myself (my willpower is not absolutely under my control) but the same advice about discipline and resisting peer pressure is given to obese people as losing weight is quite simple, it doesn't mean doing the simple thing is easy.
