Ok the free analysis is interesting (yes it's basic stuff that every trainer should know - but of course most don't, and the "follow a program" bros just want to copy-paste Starting Strength and they're too hard headed to modify anything) Though I understand the value of an easy-to-understand guide for inexperienced people |

The current focus is on helping people understand their body structure and exercise selection, but creating full routines that take into account individual body types is definitely on my roadmap.
