I used to rent a studio on Parc Lafontaine in Montreal for around $400 USD/month. Beautiful space, clear view of Mont Royal, right off the park, ideal location (IMO) in the plateau. Granted, this was around 15 years ago -- I shudder to think what the now-likely Airbnb units in that building go for these days, probably $400/night. |
